Hello maintainer,

I have changed variables in /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf, and every time I do an upgrade I have to edit it again. On many machines.

I would like a file lightdm.conf.local or something like that, what I can use to overwrite settings without changing lightdm.conf.

Maybe this would also be good for the other configfiles, but I never change them.

With regards,

How about dropping a file into /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf.d/?
