Don't forget to redefine works-with-format::tex to match: - Description: TeX, LaTeX and DVI + Description: TeX and LaTeX Packages that habdle _only_ DVI should be untagged for works-with-format::tex; but it's not obvious whether this is appropriate for things like dvi2dvi.
