dvipost ... shouldn't the `works-with-format::tex' be removed?
dvips-fontdata-n2bk ... why does it have `works-with-format::tex' tag? It does
not provide a program that works with *.tex files. Shouldn't it be marked as
some kind of data?
Shoudn't some of:
hlatex*
ptex*
be tagged with `works-with-format::dvi'?
