Où devrait se trouver ce service hald?
J'ai bien le dossier /etc/hal et dans /usr/lib j'ai aussi des
fichiers exécutables "hal-hotplug"

# service haldaemon start
Par contre si HAL est installé haldaemon aussi, il fait partie du
paquet.
Autre chose vérifie que les librairies dbus sont istallées et
compatibles avec ton hal.
Sur 2006 free à jour qui marche voilà les paquets dbus et hal
installées.

Que dois-je penser???
hald semble être en route mais ne fonctionne pas correctement(???) il ne
trouve plus les clés (nous avons de quoi tester, à la maisosn, il y en a
quatre...) les logiciels de gravure ne trouvent plus les graveurs...
