>I'm interested in testing Hijack.
Here's a little more information about the program, as well as the beta
test. We have found that the most productive beta tests have been when
people purchased the software. So, in order to participate in the beta
test, you would need to purchase Declude Hijack. You will, however,
receive a large discount.
The main feature of Declude Hijack is that it will limit the amount of
outgoing mail a person (actually, an IP address) can send in a given time
period. Once that limit is reached, it will quarantine all E-mail from
that IP address. For example, you might say that someone sends more than
100 E-mails within 20 minutes, they are spamming. If someone send 100
E-mails within that 20 minutes, all subsequent E-mails would be held
permanently. If you needed to, you could later move the files back into
the spool directory for delivery.
There is another feature of Declude Hijack that allows you to start
temporarily hold E-mail sooner, so that a spammer can't send out as much
E-mail. For example, you may temporarily limit outgoing E-mail to 20
E-mails in 2 minutes. In that case, if someone sends more than 20 E-mails
within 2 minutes, Declude Hijack will start holding the E-mail
temporarily. If they haven't reached the real limit (100 E-mails in 20
minutes, as mentioned above), then Declude Hijack will send out the
mail. If they have reached the real limit, then Declude will permanently
hold the E-mail. With this temporary limit, you can minimize the amount of
spam that a spammer can send out before his mail is stopped, while still
allowing your legitimate customers to send out larger volumes of E-mail.
Further information on the program can be found at

If you are interested in participating in the beta, you can order at
http://www.declude.com/hibeta.htm . For participating in the beta, you
will receive a $100 discount off of the standard price of $249.
If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks.
