Well - that sounded TOO good to be true.
Turns out that in my NT SP6a and WIN 2K PS2 systems, the ",512" value is
already set - whether by some other configuration option, the SPs or
even some hotfix...
Although the underlying information of

may explain WHY we are running into limitations built into the Windows
platform... I suppose the answer is to not start a new process each
time, but to have a single service installed...
(In the past we had discussed the hypothetical possibility of Declude
taking over port 25 - not as a relay but more like a proxy server -
inspecting each data before passing it to IMail on another port)
