This looks fine.  Note that it will only use the "confirmed" DSBL listings 
(about 15% of all entries), not all of the ones that are submitted.  If you 
add:

         DSBLALL ip4r    unconfirmed.dsbl.org    *       5       0

That will get all of the DSBL entries (including the unconfirmed ones, 
which could include ISPs with malicious users).

Just so long as these match the default config files, you're 
fine.  Normally, there is no need to change the test definitions.
