Current Declude JunkMail Standard customers will be "grandfathered" and
will be able to use the FOLDER action.
It does not apply to the COPYTO and ROUTETO, which require the Pro version,
no matter what.
Syntax: "TESTNAME FOLDER spam" (where "spam" is the name of the folder you
want to use).
