I have been receiving ALOT of Spam from people using my users e-mail addresses. Most of the IP addresses resolve back to "Asia Pacific Network Information Center" and "European Regional Internet Registry". What is the best way to block the IP blocks from there. I have set up a "Spam" blacklist with IP addresses but I have gotten so sick of my customers complaining about this I wanted to block everything from that area.
