No -- that is NOT a beta. The beta is available from the manual page.
The above URL is for an interim release. Interim released should ONLY be
used when specifically needed, to fix specific issues that people are
having with the betas. This allows us to get out fixes for problems very
quickly, but has the drawback of not being an actual release. For example,
if you have a problem with an interim release, we may need you to go back
to the last beta in order to determine the problem.

That looks like a typo: It should read "Even Scott needs an hour off". :)
