I figured it out.... I named the folder this way:

\IMail\declude\mail.example.com\$default$.JunkMail file.

but after your email I saw the path and changed it to:

\IMail\declude\example.com\$default$.JunkMail file.

And now everything works great... Thanks again Scott.

What is it you are trying to do?

The settings in the global.cfg file will apply to all outgoing E-mail
(including gatewayed mail), *except* for domains that have per-domain
settings.

So if you want all mail to "@example.com" (a domain that IMail acts as a
gateway for, that goes to another local mailserver) to be HELD, for
example, you would use the HOLD action in the
\IMail\declude\example.com\$default$.JunkMail file.
