I use this VBS script to delete files by date from the \spam\deleted\ dir automatically. Just edit lines 34 and 35 or delete the values and it will work interactively. It will process all subdirectories below the starting dir. You can make several copies of this script with different names such as DeleteOldSpamFiles.vbs and DelteOldVirusFiles.vbs and keep adding them to the scheduler. I hold all spam e-mails for 7 days and this script maintains this for me.
