Thank you for the tips. I'm particularly happy to hear that the archives are available. I only joined this list because I couldn't find any such resource. I apologize for posting redundant, newbieish questions.
I humbly recommend that Declude make the archives a bit more accessible. Ideally, a link to the archives would appear on the Tech Support page. If security is a concern, the link can be cloaked from robots in a number of ways. Secondly, I recommend that a link to the archives be placed in the list membership welcome message. This is one last chance to disuade new members from posting redundant questions. Lastly, a discussion forum (not merely a list) would be a real "nice to have" and typically facilitates simple and powerful searching. Just my 2p for Declude.
