Even if a domain is listed on several spam lists, can we maintain a private list of email domains that are excepted?Yes -- that is called "whitelisting".
You can whitelist E-mail based on the return address ("WHITELIST FROM [EMAIL PROTECTED]"), the domain of the return address ("WHITELIST FROM @example.com"), or the IP address ("WHITELIST IP 192.0.2.158").
