In case it is of some value... 

We have ours setup as:

RAID 0:  C (OS)
RAID 0:  S (Spool)
RAID 5:  D (Imail mailboxes).

Although a RAID 1 would be better for the mailboxes but we feel adding
storage and managing failurs is easier with RAID 5.

Do a Raid 1 for C: and D:
