Just for the records.. Not that it truly matters.. But it should be "his normal ftp site." :) [at least based on my current understanding of myself] - in addition to what Scott stated I like to add the following: "2) WHITELIST HELO in the GLOBAL.CFG file I also like this solution as well. " - HELO is easy to fake. We see spammers use our domain in their HELO command so I do not recommend using your own domain as a whitelist in HELO. We use WHITELIST HELO only for cases where the REVDNS is not available or we do not want to whitelist the REVDNS which could belong to a cable company or something generic. Just to make sure you think twice before whitelisting your own domain using HELO.
