Our local competition uses Postini. And I have lost a few customers over to them as people do seem to like that interface. However, I have thrown out the "security" thing to muddy the waters ;-) We do not send their email "out" to someone else's servers... I let them draw their own wrong conclusions... But if I could lighten my own load and give users an easy to use interface, I would be extremely happy!
