As a test I switched the address listed after the ROUTTEO action from <myuser>@hotmail.com to one of the e-mail addresses I have on the local IMail server, [EMAIL PROTECTED], and the ROUTEd spam started showing up immediately.
What version of Declude JunkMail are you running ("\IMail\Declude -diag" from a command prompt will show you)? With versions before 1.67, the ROUTETO action would not work on outgoing E-mail.
