Is there anyway to add warning headers to email when they pass a whitelist rule?

Unfortunately, I cannot think of any way to do that (although the %TESTSFAILED% variable will return "Whitelisted" for E-mail that is whitelisted).

I tried adding WHITELIST WARN, to the $default$.JunkMail file, but that didn t do anything.

Correct. WHITELIST is not a test, so no action will be taken on it.

The %TESTSFAILED% variable or the log file are the two places to find out if an E-mail was whitelisted.
