John, It looks like a header introduced by the mail server for the domain gmx.com. If you punch it in a browser you'll see that it's a German provider specialized in messaging. Now, what are they using it for I wouldn't know... I have found mentions of it in the following context "X-GMX-Antivirus: -1" on some forums (try Google...) but as my German is not good enough, I could only guess that it might be used as a flag to enable/disable the virus scanning for some messages/customers of theirs. I don't think there's any reason to consider it suspicious.
