There appears to be a discrepancy between a couple of the resources you provide.
On the DNSStuff Spam Database Lookup you have an entry called PDL2 which points to <http://www.blackholes.us>www.blackholes.us. There is no reference to PDL2 on the List of All Known Spam Databases.
Please let me know if that is intentional as I would like to use that for lookups if possible.
That's one that is unofficial -- someone had reported that PDL, which appears to have given up and died, is now being run by www.blackholes.us. But www.blackholes.us doesn't even confirm that they are running it.
