I have the following line in a filter:

BODY 20 CONTAINS You=92ll

...

So my question is how did the ' get interpreted as an =92?

My questions to you would be "Why did you think that 'You=92ll' would catch any spam? Have you ever seen a spam with 'You=92ll in it?".

Specifically, 'You=92ll' will appear in any E-mail that has 'You'll' in it, if it appears in a quoted-printable MIME segment. So it will frequently appear in E-mails.
