That's just an extra program (Declude Confirm), that is by IMail mailing lists to confirm subscriptions (so that you can't sign up other people as a "joke", which most people consider to be spam). You can find more information about Declude Confirm at http://www.declude.com/Articles.asp?ID=127 .I have install version 1.81 and when i run diag i get.
