Excellent points, Matt.   I would love to see a customer-only viewable page that lists known issues with a given release, along with estimated patch/upgrade release dates.  That way we can judge when to upgrade with less fear of known issues, that we are unaware of, causing problems for our customers.   Having to follow the forum for this info, and guess at what was sent only to support and not posted on the forum, has always been a source of discomfort in the past.
