Log in to your account, and then go to the following URL:

https://www.networksolutions.com/en_US/manage-it/manage-nameservers.jhtml

It's called Manage Hosts in Network Solution's system, but is only on your
account menu if you've previously created one.

How do you update the IP for the nameservers? There is not a box for the IP
address. Only a box to changes the dns server names.

I do log into the domain manager for the domain right?

Ahh...Network Solutions is (or at least used to be) one that cached the IP
address. So, you will need to go into Account Manager and update the IP
addresses for the nameservers. I definitely recommend changing one, waiting
24-48 hours for the changes to be recognized, then changing the other(s).

The domain in question is registered through Network Solutions.
