For the domains that I store and forward I only scan their mail when it 
comes into the server.  The way it works is that even though the mail is 
coming into your server it is treated as "outgoing" unless you setup the per 
domain configuration (like you did creating the folder).  Once you set the 
domain up like you did it is than treated like the domain is local.  This 
configuration also virus scans the messages. 

In terms of scanning outgoing mail - the domains that I store and forward do 
not send thier outbound mail through us.  We only take their inbound mail 
and clean it and send it on to them. 

What is the exact setup your trying to accomplish?
