This is precisely why I asked a few folks with high cpu problems to create
performance monitor logs, or at least screen shots of taskmanager.
I bet the high spikes are making people jump. We don't want our high dollar
CPUs with TBs of RAM to spike, it just isn't supposed to be so :)
However, it's the low valleys that makes the system shine. Get the email
in, get it out quickly. The system loadaverage actually drops a bit. But,
without some sort of STATS on this DATA we can only make assumptions.
Assumptions is what accidentally FUBAR'ed the disk drive.
