I'm  going  to  give  you  the  easy  answer,  hoping we don't need to
"escalate."  Does their server accept address literals -- addresses in
the  format  [EMAIL PROTECTED],  where 1.2.3.4 is their IP address, or in
the source-routed format [EMAIL PROTECTED]
