Count me as one of those who didn't get the initial message.

As an aside, I think it would be logical that when you're posting
pricing/structuring/packaging changes, to make sure you have someone right
on top of the support list.  The rumors are often worse than the reality,
and a lot of people are really paranoid after the IMail fiasco a year ago.

P.S. You know, I renewed our SA last June, and I'm still waiting for a
stable upgrade I can download and install.  I hope my SA doesn't run out
first...
