If you can get a newer download, it will run for at least a week without a proper code.  That will give you time to get the code.

Thanks,

I guess that this issue is present, because since upgrading to Imail 8.22 I have had problems with the spool and overflow folders filling up.

I just got off the phone with Ipswitch and they concluded that the problem lies with Declude not completing the sending of the messages.

We set the smtp server back to Ipswitch and all messages went out with no problem.

We switched it back and the spool is filling up again.

Anyone know how to get ahold of a sales person at Declude?  I tried the phone number and got the sales mailbox but the voicemail is full and you can not leave a message.

Any one have any ideas to try and fix the problem.

Thanks in advance,

Brian T.

There is a minor compatability problem with 8.2x and 1.82 in the form of an occasional memory leak - shouldn't be an issue with lower volumes.   We ran on this configuration for a while.   Declude 4.X works fine with 8.22.

Subject: [Declude.JunkMail] Upgrades Concerns

I am getting ready to update Imail to version 8.2x.

I presently have declude version 1.82.

Are there any concerns, compatabilty issues or other potential problems with running Declude 1.82 and Imail 8.2x?

I don't want to have to fix Declude as well as Imail.

Thanks in advance,
