Reasons I love vmware esx :-) Out of disk space? No problem, just make It bigger. Out of Memory? Just add more... Can't find the memory? Just move the virtual server to a newer box. Cpu speed slow? Just build a new better faster esx server, (which takes litterly 30mins to install) and move the virtaul machine (without shutting it down).

Done this a several times over the years and it's relatively painless.
