Generally, live is hard enough – it’s nice if I don’t have to worry about monitoring even more vendors/authors about vulnerabilities, security fixes, version updates etc to a various freeware products. Windows has built-in ZIP support (“compressed folders”). Is there any justification to pick a NON compatible format for compression the all-lists.dat file? If it was compressed using the native Windows format (considering that Declude is a Windows application), the file could be used instantly!
