I have IMail running as my mail server on one box. I have a
second box that is a Linux box running mail list software because it is much
better than the list software built in to IMail. Lately I have been getting Klez
sent to my lists. I have caught it all so far using moderation features in my
list software, but I'm nervous about something getting through, and I hate
moderating lists. The people on my lists are not technical people at all because
I run my server to help out a volunteer organization mostly so they don't use
antivirus on their desktops even though I beg them to.
I run Declude virus on my IMail server.
* Is there an easy way to have the mail go to my IMail server
and then hand off to my mail server 100% of the time?
* Could I just make the MX record have the IMail server come
first and then the IMail server would pass the message on to the true
destination?
* If this is in the IMail manual then if someone could
reference a page number it would help.
* Will Declude Virus scan the mail as it passes
through?
Lastly is this the smart way to do it?
