Hello All. How can I find messages that were "Held" by Declude Junk Mail. I HOLD the messages in the SPAM directory....I have a user who "neeeeeds" her message that was held in error.
I have approximately 40,000 messages in the SPAM folder and need to find the one or few that belong to her. What is the easiest way to do this?
