Normally the sender of a mail with an attachment that is listed in virus.cfg will get a notification of sending this mail.
Here it does not, i don`t know since when. What option is this related to?
That is handled by the \IMail\Declude\bannotify.eml file. If that file is present, the E-mail will get sent to whoever is listed in the "To:" line (just so long as it appears before the first blank line in the file).
