We have been swamped by this too.. & on a daily basis the volume is increasing rather than decreasing.
Since this virus targets few people, namely those that participate in lists, we stopped notifying the recipient since the alert was becoming an issue too... Imagine getting 200+ alerts daily that a virus was caught .. This MiMail virus is not going away...
