what other option would need to be set to get web meessages scanned?
It's not a matter of options. Due to several bugs in IMail, we needed to disable .GSE/.GSC processing in Declude Virus. We will re-enable it in an interim release until we have more details on the issues involved, and other ways that we may be able to avoid them.
