Prior to installation Netshield was catching MOST of the viruses in the spool folder with real-time scanning. After installation it was recommended that I add the spool folder to the exclusion list for real-time scanning in order to allow declude to do its job. Once the declude went past its 30 days, all the viruses where allowed through, leaving the server in the worst virus condition it had ever been in. Today I purchased declude virus. Other than the unannounced deactivation I have had nothing but good results. My recommendation to prevent damage to someone like myself (who will be the first to admit it was a mistake not to purchase it earlier) is either allow a grace period with warnings or do away with the free trial and offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

During the trial it works, after the trial you're back where you started. To completely remove it from mail processing after the trial just follow the instructions in the Declude JM manual. I just wish I wasn't left in a worse situation than I was prior to setting up declude when it deactivated. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Ncl Admin Sent: Wednesday, April 07, 2004 11:46 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: RE: [Declude.Virus] Deactivation One would think that prior to the 30 day trial one would purchase declude and it would run forever!
