Well, you've got two problems here, Daniel. The first is that the script depends on an external program called wget that you probably don't have installed.
The second is that this script should be deprecated, because the FTP method is no longer provided by F-Prot! As Jim and Keith pointed out, following the F-Prot article is the way to go.
