Hi guys,

I see that some of you are still committing into github.

This is not a good thing. People who are looking at the project now that it has been accepted into the ASF incubator think that all the modifications on the code base, but also inthe documentation, are done on the SVN repository. By working on another repo, you are splitting the community.

I engage all of you to either switch to SVN completely, or if you really prefer working with Git locally, then just let us know about it : we can ask for a svngit access to be created for the project.

I know that there are some discussion going on atm about moving a project to GIT, but it's far from being agreed on, AFAIK.
