Hi Jason, I have setup another PC with Sid in the company.
This morning (i.e. appr. 12h ago in Germany) I have upgraded my home PC via network. One of the installed packages was perl 5.6.0-16. A few minutes ago I tried to upgrade the office PC. This is the log: Reading Package Lists... Done Building Dependency Tree... Done The following packages will be REMOVED: ipfwadm* perl-5.6-suid* The following NEW packages will be installed: libmng1 perl perl-doc perl-modules perl-suid 126 packages upgraded, 5 newly installed, 2 to remove and 0 not upgraded. Need to get 85.8MB of archives. After unpacking 1352kB will be freed. Do you want to continue? On a third(!) run the missing perl packets could be downloaded, others were still missing. To me it seems your http.us servers _are_ out of sync, and it is not a matter of just some minutes. Just by chance Round Robin gave me the up-to-date server regarding perl. Regards Harri
