(Isaac, I'm CCing you because I'm not sure if you're on -deity...are you?) Another thing I remembered which bugs me about the current stuff...it doesn't do IMS requests for Release or Release.gpg. If I pass a last-modified header to the method, it blows up in my face by deleting the Packages files and not fetching them again. I assume the problem is with the list-cleanup stuff or something.
Anyway, it would be nice if it did this, since the current code does IMS for everything. -- - mdz
