I think for a standalone plugin, all you need are DirHandling.c, 
CajaExtension.c, and CajaExtension.h, right?  Presumably you can just throw 
those in a subdirectory of caja-plugin.

You shouldn't need to link to deja-dup at all, since it just calls deja-dup as 
a program.
