Thanks for that, I will check it out. From first glances it seems that
this is a commercial API with some sort of royalties / per copy fee.

Is there nothing that can burn a DVD that is open-source?

I have also been told that Microsoft has some burning APIs available,
I will have to do a search on MSDN.
