drive, I have got some code that detects the insertion / removal of a
usb device and from here i can detect whether it is of type volume and
whether or not a disk is present, however if i attach a usb card
reader with no card and then insert a card at a later date i can't
detect this occurring - I am currently monitoring the WM_DEVICECHANGE
message but do not get a notification when a card is inserted /
removed, does anyone know what message i need to monitor or how i can
get notification when the card is inserted / removed
