but I can not find the item of "package Colection editor"
under menu "Tool" ,can you introduce more details about it?

Good Morning!
Look at the Package Collection editor, on the Tools
menu.
I used it way back when and if I remember
correctly, it does what you are asking for.
Add all the bpl's and compile the pce file. Then,
copy the pce file to the new computer, open it with
the Package Collection editor and extract.
