Or, you could just use the Speech API built into WinXP

MS has an SDK (Software Development Kit) version available at no cost
that does both speech synthesis and speech recognition.

1 - obtain doctorate in physics (with extra courses in accoustics).

2 - obtain doctorate in computer science.

To answer your other question, you can write it by sitting at your
computer for several hours a day moving your fingers over the keyboard. Be
sure you hear a clackig sound or the fingers may not be engaged with
keyboard. Good luck.

I want to write a program to convert speech in my language to text.

I'd like to know what information should I have and how can I write it?
