Online help is one of the biggest complaints of Delphi 2005 and 2006. In addition to your note below, it is greatly lacking in examples and much slower compared with earlier versions of Delphi. If you're mostly interested in .NET framework documentation, you can get a lot of help on the Microsoft web site: http://msdn.microsoft.com/netframework/ Also, the complete MSDN documentation is now available for download at: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=373930CB-A3D7-4EA5- B421-DD6818DC7C41 <http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=373930CB-A3D7-4EA5 -B421-DD6818DC7C41&displaylang=en> &displaylang=en HTH, David Cornelius Cornelius Concepts, Inc. http://corneliusconcepts.com <http://corneliusconcepts.com/> Software Development, Databases, Websites
_____ From: Smith David G (Finance) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, August 15, 2006 10:24 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [delphi-en] Delphi 2006 help There are many topic for which I get "Topic not available" if I put the cursor on the item in the code and press F1, yet if I search manually, it comes up. Similar to what's described here http://qc.borland. <http://qc.borland.com/wc/qcmain.aspx?d=23454> com/wc/qcmain.aspx?d=23454 but the solution given there doesn't work for me. In my case it seems that nothing in the .NET Framework Class Library will come up on F1. Any ideas?
