HI John,
               Glad you solved it. I already had .NET on the C: drive 
but needed to move it
to another folder so that the Turbo Install could find it.

Then, the installation aborted with a rather vague message 
about  Radio Button grouping.
Tried again, same result. So, I tried the Repair Mode 
installation.  After some 20 minutes
of waiting while the hard drive was clattering away sorting something 
out, the installation
was completed without any more problems.

Maybe this new Turbo system is not for the faint hearted? I did not 
have the same hiccups
with Turbo Pascal 2  on a Sanyo 555 running Dos 2.11 about 20 years 
ago. Progress??
