I made a program that registers problems from users. These problems will be solved by me, and after that I sign the subject problem off. Now my question is as follows , I now manually insert every problem in the program. Is there a possibility that, when I receive an email, that I can drag this email onto my application, which triggers an event and fill in the required fields with data from the mail. I would like to import the sender, the subject and the body. The senders address will be converted to a user account Is there a component for this, or does anyone has an example how to program this.
